Cold Lake and District Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) strives to foster an engaged community of caring, compassionate people and healthy, happy families.
In partnership with the community, FCSS provides locally-driven, preventative social initiatives that aim to improve the quality of life for individuals and families. Provincially, the FCSS program receives its mandate from the Family and Community Support Services Act and the Family and Community Support Services Regulation pursuant to the Act.
The FCSS office is open for questions about programs, in-person registration and referrals to other social agencies and programs throughout the community weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Information about current FCSS programs can be found in the latest Program Guide.

Cold Lake Family Connections & The Loft

Cold Lake Family Connections (CLFC) and the FCSS Loft are two spaces within FCSS designed specifically for children (birth to 18 years), parents, families and caregivers. They combine an interactive play space with dedicated areas for family-centered group and one-on-one programming, aimed at strengthening bonds and keeping families together.
